The Els for Autism Foundation Advisory Board was created to ensure the Foundation receives input and direction from people on the autism spectrum. In this panel discussion, the Foundation’s Advisory Board Members discuss their experiences in obtaining and sustaining employment, accommodations in the workplace that are most helpful, equity in the performance feedback process, and other tips and tools the group would want employers to have in building their neurodiverse workforce.
